Getting a project done these days (during Covid and repeated shipping delays) is a challenge, but I hung in there with Carrie at Elite Floorcovering and it was worth it. She made the process easy from start to finish and I was extremely pleased with outcome. We put CoreTec Plus vinyl tile in our kitchen. The best part was that the installers were able to lay it right over our existing old ceramic tile. That saved time, expense and a potential mess in not having to rip out the old tile. The installation was flawless. I have lost count on how many times I've said "I love my new kitchen floor!"

The whole process with Robert and his team has been great. Robert gave us a great price on Mirage flooring and installation. We had the floors delivered - and then when we ran into significant delays (nearly a YEAR) on other parts of the project that had to get done first, he patiently waited on the installation. When we were finally ready for the installation, Julio and team were fantastic. They did a phenomenal job on the install - the flooring looks fantastic - and also replaced the slate tiles that we had around our fireplace. Attention to detail throughout was fantastic.
We're still waiting to finish out a few details - but the results thus far speak for themselves.
We visited multiple flooring stores and Elite stood out based on their prime selection of vinyl planks which we were looking for. We worked with Bob who was very helpful in helping us choose the best flooring for our new home. He came out the next day to measure and had a quote available quickly. He was very responsive throughout the process and would highly recommend.
We had a small patch of flooring removed for the purpose of mold remediation; and when the time came to replace the flooring, every vendor told us they would have to redo the entire 2300 sqft unit!
Renato of Elite Floorcovering is great! He listened to my concerns and tried his best to find me flooring that was a real close match to the existing one. We ended up redoing the whole living room. The job was supposed to take five days to finish; but Renato sent extra guys, who worked really hard and finished the job in three days. The end result is great!
Carrie, who oversaw the project, was great too! She responded to my emails, calls, and texts promptly; and she always delivered on her word.
I've worked with Robert and Fransisco twice now and they were so helpful and so quick! The workmanship was flawless as well. I plan to only use Elite Flooring for my tile needs from now on

I can't say enough to express my gratitude to Renato and his crew. They did an amazing job on our floors. We just bought our first home but it definitely needed some TLC. The old tenants that used to live in this house had a lot of dogs and they used to let them urinate inside the house. I know, SO GROSS. Our floors smelled terrible and the areas where the dogs relieved themselves were completely stained all the way through. The floors were entirely sanded down and the wood planks in those nasty areas were replaced. We chose a beautiful antique brown stain to complete the job and I couldn't be happier with the results! Our floors look great and, thankfully, don't smell like urine anymore. Thanks again Renato!
I've written many Yelp reviews, but this is the first time it felt appropriate to say, "If I could give ten stars, I would." My partner and I needed to find out if the original oak floors hidden beneath old wall-to-wall carpeting in this 1913 Craftsman house could be restored to anything like their original quality and beauty. Pulling up sections of carpet revealed stains, rot, shrinkage, nail heads and the promise of more daunting issues to come. But Elite's owner Robert and his son Seth sent over a real flooring expert. Eldon assessed the situation and was confident he could do a good restoration. He also was available to cover old linoleum in the kitchen and laundry room with new flooring of our choice from the Elite showroom.
Well, the results far exceeded our expectations, and all of it was done in a timely manner and at a very competitive price. Every morning now is a joy to walk into the living room/dining room/hallway/office and see rich, gleaming topaz brown hardwood that looks like new. Then we enter the kitchen where waterproof luxury vinyl planks that look remarkably like real reclaimed wood greet our eyes and feet. The whole house feels like it's been transformed
The entire process from first meetings through final touches was a pleasure.
Communication was easy and we were well-informed and kept in the loop throughout. Also, having Eldon and his assistant Antonio in the house was great fun, and instilled loads of confidence in their work every step of the way. Like we said earlier, TEN STARS!

Carrie and Ray's team did such wonderful job. We are doing herringbone and it is not easy but the floor turns out to be looking great! We would like to do things quick and supplies are short but Ray found supplies from other places. Carrie and Ray charged us reasonable prices for all supplies and tried to save money for us.
We really appreciate the fact that Ray's team is really reliable and helped to clean up and fixing things and also did perfectionist job and checked on things and kept us posted even the week we were away.

Herringbone Floor
We initially wanted to redo our wood floors because of some serious wear and tear in the kitchen. We didn't know who to turn to so we searched on Yelp and requested a few quotes. Robert at Elite Floorcovering was a fabulous choice! Obviously, the worksmanship is a must. He and his team did superb work in refinishing the floors.
He was fast and responsive, providing a quote within days of the request. I had some change orders along the way and he made very fair price adjustments. He never oversold me, in fact the opposite, actually encouraging me to go with the natural no-stain look because he felt it was best even though less expensive.
One thing that bothers me about some contracting services is they always focus on the problems (usually to explain why their quote is so high) rather than the solutions. Robert just gave me the quote and said I'll get the job done - and he did!

Hardwood Floor Refinished
I used Elite Floorcovering to refinish the wood flooring in my house. Elite sent Eldon who was thorough and an absolute professional. I have to admit I wasn't sure what to expect when I began the project. The flooring at the house was quite worn in places and had the older orangey finish that was popular in yesteryear.
Over the course of a few days, Eldon completely transformed the flooring in the house. Worn spots were sanded back into new. Eldon recommended a Bona Natural finish which brightened up the floor which in turn has made the entire house brighter. He also took the time to drive all over town to find the precise sized wood to fit one plank of wood that been overly damaged over the years.
I highly recommend Eldon and his team for your refinishing needs. They transformed my flooring. Eldon was also always patient in answering all my questions as well as explaining what they would be doing over the course of a day. I would have never imagined that the old flooring could be returned to the this lovely state. Thank you!

I cannot say enough things about the level of service received from Elite Flooring. Carrie was the most professional and caring sales person! She gets things done and is trustworthy! Rey and his team were the best installers i have ever worked with. They were patient, friendly and did an excellent job.
So I found out my contractor did a horrible job for installing the vinyl plank at the end of my kitchen project. it was clicking noises everywhere, squishy, floaty, unstable. He is obviously not an expert of the flooring. But I was lucky to find these guys. Robert is super reliable, Jose did beautiful job quickly to fix all the issues!
I was afraid to spend more money, but he gave me a very reasonable price too. What's even better was, when I visited the store, Robert gave me the professional consultation for the color, pattern, and he pointed out the exact reason why the wood look I chosen does not look great, and he gave me a fantastic option that I've never imagined.
It's a big sheet, not plank so I no longer have to deal with all kinds of noises caused by the plank connections. I love the result, you guys saved my kitchen! Thank you so much!!
